1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RentFromGhana ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Role

RentFromGhana is a listing platform that connects property owners and tenants in Ghana. We are not a party to any rental agreement and are not responsible for the accuracy of listings or the conduct of any user.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Listing Rules

When posting a listing, you agree that:

• You are the owner, agent, or authorised representative of the property.
• All information in the listing is accurate, current, and not misleading.
• Photos are genuine representations of the property.
• You will not post the same property more than once.
• You will remove listings promptly when the property is rented.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not post listings that are fraudulent, illegal, discriminatory, or that violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our sole discretion.

6. No Guarantee of Transactions

RentFromGhana does not guarantee that any listing will result in a rental transaction. We are not responsible for disputes between landlords and tenants. We strongly recommend that all parties conduct due diligence before entering any agreement.

7. Payments

If premium listing features are offered, payment is processed through third-party providers (Paystack or Flutterwave). RentFromGhana is not responsible for payment failures or disputes with payment processors.

8. Intellectual Property

The RentFromGhana name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. User-uploaded content remains the property of the user, but you grant us a licence to display it on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, RentFromGhana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
